How do I arrange an office visit?
Book online and select the office notary service. Confirm the appointment details and address before your visit.
What if I have several documents?
Include the document count and number of signers when booking so the time needed and applicable charges can be confirmed.
Live Scan fingerprinting (mobile)
Can you complete the Live Scan requested by my employer?
Share your employer’s fingerprinting instructions before booking. The required agency and submission route must match the services available.
Do I need to prepare a space for the visit?

Ink fingerprint cards (FD-258)
How do I know whether FD-258 is the correct card?
Check with the organization requesting your fingerprints. It should identify the accepted card format and submission requirements.
Can you use cards sent by my requesting organization?
Mention the supplied cards and any accompanying instructions before booking so their suitability for the service can be confirmed.
On-site group fingerprinting (employers, schools)
Can we discuss visits for additional schools?
Yes. We want to work with more schools. Share each site’s location, estimated participant count and fingerprinting requirements to start the conversation.
Can our staff use different fingerprinting methods at one session?
